Company recruitment engagements

Submitting a hiring enquiry does not start a paid service. Recruitment scope, technical evaluation, coordination, fees, payment timing and any replacement arrangements are agreed with the hiring company before work begins. The hiring company retains its hiring decisions.

Company recruitment engagements are paid for by the hiring company. Candidates are not charged for consideration or placement through these engagements, and purchasing a DreamSwitch career program is not a condition of consideration. Career programs remain separate services and do not guarantee a job, interview or salary increase.
